The seller posted an ad stating that the product was in full factory configuration. The day after I paid, the seller informed me that one important part was missing. He offered to compensate for the cost of the part and sent me a link to a $6 part that was out of stock. I sent him a link to a part that was in stock but cost $10. The seller canceled the order without consulting me because he wasn't willing to pay the extra $4.

The buyer was very rude. I noticed the missing piece when packing up the item and contacted the buyer immediately. I offered to cover the $6 replacement cost. The buyer wanted me to pay for a 2-pack replacement as well as ship it out the day after the sale when my handling time is 2 days. I would've happily worked with the buyer, bought the 2-pack and shipped it out the day after had they not been so incredibly rude and condescending. It doesn't cost you anything to be kind!
