Wow, told buyer it had been on eBay over a year, and it WAS the piece in the listing. I gave the buyer their money back, let them keep the ornament and apologized. This is what you get for being a responsible seller, negative feedback, the first in my over 10 years on eBay. I guess doing the right thing doesn’t matter anymore.
