AVOID AVOID AVOID! I bought earrings and somehow they were 'refused' by the delivery address (they weren't refused). The courier returned MY earrings to the seller who supposedly (without proof) paid £5 for the return. This seller held MY earrings for ransom - pay £5 or no earrings. I saw that this seller put MY earrings up for sale again - without refunding me the amount I paid for them (minus the supposed £5). So this seller took advantage of me and resold MY earrings, earning a double profit.

What a total lie! I sent the earrings and when I checked tracking after a while saw that the delivery had been (courier's wording) 'actively refused' by the buyer. I contacted the buyer who then claimed they had to pay £5 to Royal Mail even though I used Evri through the Ebay app! EBAY CLOSED THE CASE IN MY FAVOUR! I offered to resend the earrings for the postage cost, but the buyer refused. Only then did I put the earrings back on again. This is appalling and unfair behaviour and feedback!
