Unfortunately the boxes came smashed in the mail. If the items were boxed it potentially could’ve avoided that issue but they were loosely put in a big postal envelope. Because of this I can’t say I received them in “New” condition. However, the items did get here quickly and the seller was communicative.

I am sorry for that experience.
I have sold more than 15 sets and packed the same way ( in an envelope with the wrapper that is suppose to protect the goods ), and this is the first time i heard that.
Looks like the delivery damaged the items along the way
