Seller did not disclose that one of the straps was ripped and non-functioning, making adjustments to the strap impossible without cutting it and remaking the ends/holes. Ebay refunded immediately which is the only reason this feedback is neutral and not negative.

Actually, I refunded (full refund)immediately after seller asked for refund. Had I known, I would’ve disclosed or not sold item at all. I always correct my mistakes with a buyer if something is wrong, she had not even contacted me first, only started a case with eBay.
