This is a honest vendor. His description was not wrong but probably had no way to test the item to see if it was defective. The price was fair for how it did worked. I tested it & worked as described but was not performing well per manufacture specifications & would require a costly repair. Doubt the vendor knew this unless he had a chronograph. This vendor honored his return policy & promptly issued a full return including shipping cost. I would not hesitate to buy from him again.
