The post office messed up and really crushed the box. Additional packing material would have been helpful to avert this potential issue (item was also a bit scratched up from the unprotected plug.). It was not worth it to me to file a claim at the post office. The motor sounds a bit rough, unlike my previous identical grinder, but it still works. I hope it will last for a few years. Next time I will buy new, not used, as the “used” is a large variable.
