        Good communication and partial refund on expensive shipping, item as pictured and packed well. However, the movie is not the duration printed on the cover, meaning I bought it to collect an extended version but it's the same version I had. As far as I can tell, there's nothing I should expect the seller to do about this. As with any collectible, you have to know what you're buying and whether it is worth what you pay.
