Brand new. Never used. Packed so poorly that it had the aluminum frame got all bent up in shipping. Power supply works great and passes all tests. I was able to re-form the frame fairly close to new condition. I asked the seller for at least a partial refund to make up for all of this trouble. Seller has not responded. What a shame this is. It was new.
