    The disks were packaged as Dell EMC ISILON disks in an ISILON disk caddy for an EMC disk array. They were sealed and once removed from the plastic disk holder the HGST disks were exactly as described. The packaging was excellent. I've put one in my Areca Disk Caddy as a hot spare and now recovering one of my 2TB disks. So far it's working well. Except to have all replaced in about 8-10 days.
