    I purchased a lab diamond from this seller on May 8th and they that tracking was added. Since then I have messaged the seller about the item and have not had a reply from vender. My requests have fallen into a black hole. They do not provide an explanation for any delays or problems. The diamond is supposedly in the shipping process but I doubt it.

    Order took weeks to ship with nothing but excuses that don't even make sense for why it was not even shipped yet according the provided tracking #. His excuse was that he is broke and about to go bankrupt. STAY AWAY unless you have a high tolerance for excuses. I had to threaten a chargeback on my credit card before I finally received a proper reply. The package did eventually arrive.
