    Great price and reasonable shipping cost. But I could not use the chrome buttons/caps and rubber washers that are used to fasten the license plate to the car because the rubber washers were stuck inside the button caps and could not be removed even with repeated tries. Without those, the fasteners were useless. Luckily, I had other washers/caps that worked. I feel the seller should have warned me about this problem.
