I have employees who do the P&P and each average order of 1-4 items costs 75p per order to despatch - Buyer purchased 11 items = £2.25 to pick, pack and despatch. Other minor costs = approx 70p for royal mail collections, stationery, envelopes, ink, sleeves etc. Total = £8.60!!
