I emailed seller about being sent wrong product and they asked me to send a picture. I did so and have not heard from them since I sent the pics. I went on and ordered another set of the pliers from another vendor as I do not think I will hear from this seller. I am so upset at this lack of attention to matter that I am stopping use of eBay.
