They presume to be some minor issues with the lights, but I will check the battery and possibly replace it. The engine was as described by the seller and actually in better shape than indicated by the listing. It was packed in a sturdy box in the front and back had cardboard wrapped around them. I would've preferred a layer of bubble wrap, but it arrived in good condition, so no complaints here. Very good communication from the seller.
