The product quality is poor, the packaging looked suspicious, and it clearly differs from an authentic CHI. I paid for a genuine item but was sent a fake. Very disappointing experience — seller refused to issue a proper refund and only offered a partial amount, only 15$. Buyers beware!!!! Additionally, selling counterfeit items is against eBay's rules. The real CHI has 3 buttons and a display dial; this one did not!
