It was wrapped nicely in the box to ensure no damage during transit and was packed with enough padding to ensure that even if it did move, it would have been stuck where it did. Device was factory reset and ready for sign in. The charger that was shipped with the device however had some issues and upon contacting the seller, with pictures of the issue, they shipped a replacement next business day. A great transaction and great customer service.
