Diciamo le cose come sono andate davvero... il codice è presente nella pagina dell'ordine, basta leggerlo. Il destinatario (una tabaccheria) ha rifiutato due volte la merce in quanto non riceve pacchi se non viene concordato. L'abbiamo avvisata (due volte) e per risposta ha richiesto (lei) il rimborso... abbiamo provveduto a segnalare il tutto ad ebay.
