Great piece of kit. Solid engineering. I was about to complain and say the plate is facing the wrong way, but you can undo the screws and turn it which is a big plus. I've always hated the Manfrotto connector. Now I am rid of it and don't have to buy a new geared head. Very happy!

This is a great piece of kit to go with my Manfrotto 410 geared head! And the postage/delivery from the US to the UK was pretty quick I thought, 10 days door-to-door, thanks!

Excellent quality and it is a perfect fit. The Arca-Swiss connection is much more solid than the original Manfrotto. Mr. Hejnar has a YouTube video (search "Manfrotto 410 conversion") showing how to do the conversion, but I found that I needed to loosen the top brass nut before I could loosen the bottom screw. Keep the parts. You can refer to another video (search "Borge's Imaging" channel) if you ever want to switch back to the Manfrotto quick-release plate.
