They're valley branded, with a hangtag ziptied to each clamp for store display, and they look and function just like the two other brands of 18" clamps I already had. Quality is totally adequate for shop tools. The price I paid here was approximately half of what I could find in stores and online for similar clamps, which makes these a good value.
