The product was as described. The customer service was robotic, unfriendly and non sympathetic. Perhaps A.I?
I paid for 48hr tracked on the Wednesday. I was told the next day they had mistakenly sent via standard, and it had been dispatched. After being told it had been dispatched for 4days it seems it was actually dispatched the Sunday as 24hr tracked.
Parcelforce delivered within 24hrs when it was in their possession, and my partner eventually received his gift.
