Purchased item 12/1/2023 + shipping. Estimated delivery 12/8 - 12/13 shown. After a few days no shipping/tracking was posted so I messaged Seller on 12/5 & 12/6 getting no response. Then checked their store: "Out of town 'til 1/5/2024". Store was shut down. Messaged on 1/6/2024 (store had items up for sale again). No response.
Got eBay involved 1/9. No response to eBay inquiry either so eBay refunded me in full.
