# Where the item can be personalised with a message over several lines, you don't actually need to use all of the lines. The font size used will remain the same as the example in the listing's picture.
 
# Similarly, if an item can be printed/engraved with a large number of characters, or over several lines, and you just choose to use a single word or name (for example), the size of the printed/engraved letters will still be the same as the example shown in the item's listing pictures.
