The vendor despatched the item immediately after receiving my order - excellent. However, it took ages to get through the eBay International Delivery system in the USA. No longer are items sent directly to the buyer using e.g. USPS, but rather they go from the vendor to a centralised eBay depot who then ship them overseas. This method is full of very significant delays. eBay needs to speed the whole process up - Amazon's international shipments from the USA to Australia are super fast.
