It actually fit! I am wary of buying online because I have been burned before. But it actually fit my 2005 Vulcan 1600 Classic. Height can be adjusted about 2 inches. The padding is firm with a thin slab of wood on the back so you have to drill/screw through the leather cover to attach it to the bracket. Only complaint is that the swivel/fold down feature is pretty flimsy and only gives you two practical adjustment angles--either straight up, or reclined. Also pushes you forward in the seat.

Parts fit great, but the chrome was rust pitted on one of the racks. Some came off with polish and steel wool, but some were too deep and not good quality.
