The replacement cushions are excellent quality & we're very pleased with them. However, communication isn't great. I rec'd a mail on Mon 20 May to say my order was being posted, we were expecting delivery on Wed 22 May. The cushions were delivered on Tues 21 May, with no advice of delivery being given. It was pouring with rain, but fortunately my neighbours took the parcels in. I would recommend more contact from Hartfords advising of delivery date/time, otherwise cushions are excellent.
