I have contacted the seller on many occasions. Wrong item sent and after agreeing that postage would be paid as well as a full refund I have only received the refund - no return label sent after my request for one. Ended up going in circles with the correspondence and not receiving any more information than to say this will be sorted out upon them receiving the item back. Is it acceptable to send wrong items out to buyers and then the buyer having to pay the return postage?
