Incompetent!! Ordered jacket for Christmas on Sunday giving enough time to receive by Christmas. Tuesday comes, item not dispatched. I question the hold up. Told it takes 3-5 days. Yes but you haven't dispatched it yet I replied. They reply there is a slight delay in the warehouse and to expect it with 3-5 days again. Then 20 mins later I check eBay again and they have cancelled and refunded my order??? Now it's too late to get something else for Christmas. Thanks a bunch Rydale! ��
