Ho perso il codice di spedizione batteria che mi ha dato la posta, per questo non posso avere il rimborso, per me è una cosa assurda anche che la posta non è in grado di intercettarelo, e quindi ho perso +o - 30 euro, per me il sistema dovrebbe essere più sicuro per la restituzione, perché non è normale che un cliente può perdere un numero e la posta non sia in grado di recuperarlo, secondo me il venditore dovrebbe usare un sistema più sicuro, per questo prima di acquistare ci penserò due volte
