This is definitely an Eddie Sakamoto piece. It was originally made as a pendant. With his approval, we converted it to a Vario Clasp. It was never trademarked. Also, Eddie is a personal friend so I have serious doubts that it was shown to him. The buyer wanted the clasp shipped to an alternative address. This is against eBay's policies. It makes one wonder. Had we done this, we would have been out a piece of jewelry and the money we asked for it. Our listing didn't say it's trademarked.
