It's as described and it works quite well. Doesn't make me as flat as I'd like but I bought it with safety in mind as it's my first binder. I bought 4XL and wear it at its tightest and I think I might try 3XL too later on. I can wear it comfortably for a long time, about 6-8 hours, and it's getting better as the binder and my body adjusts. For the price, quality is more than satisfactory and delivery time was faster than estimated. Overall very happy with it and with the service as well.
