The seller did everything well. Item arrived on time and all, but as I wondered when I purchased these (SNES controller diaphragms), they aren't quite up to the quality of OEM diaphragms, specifically the d-pad. The problem is the magnetic contacts. They are too small to allow for true 8-directional control. Works well for one direction, but you can't do 2 adjacent directions at once like an OEM set. I'm going to have to purchase some used OEMs to get my controllers up to my desired specs.
