Both extractor fans did not work, Returned the items from NZ to the UK tracked and monitored that they were delivered but seller failed to honour promise of refund plus return costs - I opened a case with eBay to recover the costs - eBay found against seller and kindly refunded via the Money Back Guarantee. I would not use this seller again - do not need the wasted time and effort.

It got worse! While eBay refunded original cost, eBay advised the seller had been asked to make a 'manual payment' of the return postage. Seller ignored this and all other requests - they had completely reneged on their earlier promise in writing to pay it when the returned goods had been received - My advice, do not touch this seller with a 50' barge pole, unless you fancy a trip to the small claims court - buyer beware as this seller is a complete waste of oxygen.
