Item fine, well packed, seller quick to reply to questions and courteous enough, but failed to notify me of having posted the item, failed to provide the tracking details which he had, and failed to use the click and collect facility properly, all of which has lead to a lot of confusion. If I hadn't been chasing this I would never have received my item. Seller doesn't appreciate this and seems to think that he did nothing wrong. Seems to have forgotten who's the paying customer here.
