Item arrived broken. Listing contained no pictures or mention of item being broken despite many pictures of seemingly every angle to assure it wasn’t broken. I thought item was white but showed up grey. checked listing realized color wasn’t listed. I put that one on me. Seller had multiple colors of same item listed with cheaper shipping options. Seller told me no after purchasing even after sending photos of his listing. Forced to pay $50 and let seller pocket $30 pay attention to his listings.

When we packaged this item, we did not see that the part was broken. This was our error. Since then, we have found a white one, which is the one he was initially wanting to begin with. We have offered to ship it at no cost to him, priority mail, to correct our error. We messaged the seller yesterday morning and have heard nothing back.
