speedy, efficient service -- I gave low communicating rating because the seller proceeded to tell me how I was under-bidding on his item. (It's a shame that the world seems they can and should comment on everyone's actions, but the internet, etc. has done that.) The seller blocked me from bidding or doing further business. He had removed an item from bidding and would not disclose what had "changed" before he wanted me to bid.
