Please note that if you are buying any item from our shop then it means you are accepting our all terms & conditions.
Change of Order:
Please place your order carefully, if you are not sure about anything than ask us before placing your order to avoid any problem. Please keep in mind that due to the automated order processing systems we use, we are unable to change your order once you have placed it, so please make sure you are purchasing the design and size you need and please also ensure that the delivery address you select at the checkout is the one you want delivery to. No amendments can be accepted once we have received your order & it is not possible for us to stop or change your order even if you left a message for us.
Combine postage is available for multi buy & it is already given in the system, please use add to basket feature of eBay, however sometimes this feature does not work in this case just pay the full postage & contact us for postage discount we will refund you the extra postage. All international customers note that if their items weight is more than 2 kg then we will not issue combine postage discount.
Size & Colours:
Please use the drop down menu of size & colour to check what you required to order & if it is available or not. Please choose the colour to see its picture in the eBay picture gallery & then select size menu to see the availability of size you want to order.
Colours of Garments:
Please note that pictures are taken from original garments and the colours of garment may slight vary from pictures shown above due to the studio lighting effects. Please see washing instructions of the garment before washing to avoid any problem of colours & graphics.
Message Response & Holidays:
Please give us 24 hours to reply messages & please keep in mind that we don’t work on weekends and public holidays.
Returns & Refunds:
We accept all returns within 30 days from the date of sale provided that they are faulty or in resalable condition with original tags and packing. Please contact us by eBay messaging system for the returns procedure & address. We do not offer free returns service so customer will bear all the cost of returns. Refunds will be issued for the sale price of items only. Please send the items back to us by a traceable method because sometimes item get lost in the post & if we will not receive your item then we will not be able to issue refund. Please keep in mind that according to our company’s policy we do not accept returns of under garments due to hygiene reasons, so please be sure what you are buying.
Our feedback system is automated once you have left a positive feedback for us we will do the same for in 3-5 minutes by using eBay automated system. If you are not happy with our item or service then Please contact us first before leaving negative feedback, if you have any issue with your order, we always try to help out our customers in every possible way. Please keep in mind that leaving negative feedback helps nobody, neither buyer nor seller.
We are only responsible for the goods sold by us. We don’t accept any liability of damage to third party item loss due to handling of our items. The maximum responsibility for the goods sold we accept is full refund of item cost and the reasonable postage cost reimbursement.
Buy Discounted Postage From Us:
Royal Mail has increased the prices of postage but you can buy from us 40-50% discounted postage to return your items which you have ordered wrongly. We will send you prepaid postage by email & you just need to print & paste it.
Item Not Received:
All items are shipped within 24 hours of receiving payment. Normally 80% people receive their items within 3-5 working days however sometimes it takes longer due to unexpected circumstances at Royal Mail end. All items are handed over to the Royal Mail, which sometimes fail to deliver on time for unknown reasons. Royal Mail guidelines state we should allow 15 working days for UK orders and 28 days for international orders from the date of dispatch before an item is considered lost. We sincerely apologise for this delay and thank you for being patient.
In the meantime please check with your local sorting office just in case they tried to deliver it while you were out. Please let us know if your item does not arrive in 15 working days, after that time your item will be considered lost & we will ask you to confirm your address/size/colour to issue a replacement or a refund whichever is preferred by you. We apologise for any inconvenience caused & thank you for your co-operation; we highly appreciate your business.
