Whip does not perform. 1) No taper at all in last 17" - far too much for a 4' whip. Taper could have been continued by dropping more strands. 2) 21" of the lash is too stiff to form a functional loop and the taper is entirely confined to this section of the whip and so is non-functional. [The rest of the 48" is the rigid handle]
