      Ich war sehr skeptisch, ein Brautkleid online ohne Anprobe zu kaufen. Jedoch muss ich sagen, dass dieser Kauf ein absolut guter Kauf war. Das Kleid passt perfekt, einfach toll. Die Stickerei ist super und sehr gut gemacht.Sowie die Kommunikation war sehr sehr gut und die Abwicklung einfach top.

      Ich war anfangs positiv überrascht was die Kommunikation anging. Die Übermittlung der Maße für die Anfertigung ging schnell und der Verkäufer gab auch schnell Rückmeldungen. Dann kam nach etwas Verwirrung das Kleid an und passte trotz Maßanfertigung überhaupt nicht. Nachgemessen und mit den ausgegebenen Daten verglichen, war das Oberteil 3-5 cm an vielen Stellen zu groß. Ich musste es teuer kurzfristig ändern lassen. Seit der Info an den Verkäufer zum Problem gibt es keine Reaktion mehr.
