Fairly quick delivery of beautiful earrings. Unfortunately, they were damaged in transit and one of the earrings did not have a post. I took a number of photos of the earrings after unwrapping to verify that they were indeed damaged. After checking with the jeweler on what it would cost to fix the post I asked the seller to split the cost with me. She was unwilling to do that, and insisted that I simply return the earrings. She did eventually refund my money. I would not recommend this seller

Unfortunately these earrings were damaged in shipment. I offered a refund of $10 which is more than fair for a repair to Ayala bar earrings as it requires glue and not soldering. This offer was denied as the buyer wasn’t happy with the partial refund that I was offering - she wanted double. Thus, I asked her to open a return as this is an easy repair and I can and will relist. Also, threats of negative feedback in initial emails are not appreciated. Be well.
