11 days went by without a shipping notification or a single message from the seller. I was forced to open a case with eBay requesting a refund and as soon as that happened the seller finally shipped the item which I no longer needed by that time. Thankfully I was refunded by eBay after it was all set and done. I also noticed the seller marked themselves as “Away” a few business days after I placed the order, which is fine, however they should have done this before being away rather than after.
