Very disappointed with purchasing through this seller. The box arrived damaged to the point that USPS had to fix the box, seller offered $5 for that. After the starter was installed the stock heat shield would not mount onto the new starter, I contacted the seller and let them know, they gather information from me about the vehicle and said that’s how it would be. This starter is cheaply made and the seller only cares about how much they profit because they’ve told me countless times.

The outer packaging of the product during transportation is a bit damaged, but the contents inside are intact and undamaged.
We plan to offer a compensation of $5. Or provide a free return label for a refund.
