I don't recognize anything about this cap from his description. I have had other supposedly bad items and the ONLY thing that is the same for them is that the buyers refused to return the items. I would have been happy to return the purchase price if the item had been returned for me to inspect. This also happened to me in the past when the buyer bought two similar items and didn't like the other one and thought it was from me. I wonder if that is what happened here?I guess we'll never know
