    I have been a seller on eBay for over 23 years, successfully completing hundreds of vacation week transactions, and this is the first negative feedback I have ever received. The issue arose from an eBay system error that caused a previously sold and removed listing to appear available. A few hours after the purchase, I notified the buyer, issued a full refund, and offered sincere apologies for the inconvenience. I understand their frustration, but his claimed plans were certainly exaggerated.
