Everytime I put a disc in there it would give an error and I would have to restart the computer. I reached out to them and they seemed to b cooperative until it was time to get my refund. Now they are not responding at all. They never sent the return label. This computer wasn't even in good condition at all. I wouldn't recommend buying a laptop from these sellers.
