Excellent cooler that mounts securely to a backplate... no plastic 'expansion pins' that mount only from the front-side. My motherboard had tall capacitors surrounding the CPU and that slightly interfered with the cooling fins. I had to 'relieve' the interference by trimming away a little of the bottom of the fins where the capacitors were mounted. (Dremel tool and 'cut-off disk' did the job perfectly.) No problems.
