The first thing to do when you don't receive your item is to check tracking or ask the seller to look into the situation. Negative feedback is not deserved for some thing that is out of the sellers control and some thing that you don't inform them or ask them about. I will look into this, but I put this note here for others to hopefully consider before leaving negative feedback, whether for my listings or any others.
