Not sure if I gotten a bad batch. Exploded immediately when I connected to a power source. There a lot of smoke. Luckily didn't damage my QNAP motherboard. Think I just live with the original PSU.

This is a brand-new item and has passed the factory QC test and In-house test before we sent it to the buyer. It has voltage protection. Power Supply will NOT explode. It will not damage other components. We have sold over 150+ of these units without any problem. We were suspecting that it could be other issues, not the power supply. The buyer has used it for 20 days, not as he said it exploded immediately after the 1st use.
