Inacceptable packaging, serveral items arrived in damaged condition (bent pins). Absolutely no ESD protection, no mechanical protection. Just put in a barely padded envelope in a plastic bag. The first item I've tested didn't work properly despite it is in new condition. This may be caused by an ESD damage which is not really a surprise when packaged this way. The second item I've tested was working, the rest hasn't been tested yet. The way the items were handled is absolutely unprofessional.
