It looks like edhostagarden99 only sells starter plugss, but $19.99 for one starter hibiscus is a rip off I ordered the Angel Eyes Hardy Hibiscus. Warning: no description about what you should expect to receive. I received a starter plug. It has good healthy roots and the couple of scantily leaves are green and disease free. I'll keep it and plant it. See what happens, but now I know this vendor only sells plugs. If I got three starter plugs for $19.99, it would have been a good deal.

No description about what you should expect to receive. I received a starter plug. It has good healthy roots and the couple of green scantily leaves are green and disease free. I'll keep it and plant. See what happens, but now I know this vendor only sells plugs. I have better options for $19.99.
